Nautilus and Aerotank not making connection on my Provari?

I've got them both screwed on tight and I get nothing. Any ideas? Can't the Provari's center pin even be moved up?

The Provari's center pin is not adjustable. You need to pull the posts on the tanks.

Tried that. Doesn't work. If I leave the tanks slightly loose they'll fire, but other than that nothing.

If they are firing when slightly loose but not when snugged down it sounds like an airflow problem instead of a connecting problem. I am not familiar with those particular tanks, I usually use carto tanks, so I will wait for somebody that knows more about those tanks to chime in.

Both of those tanks don't require airflow from the firing device since they have their own air supply systems. I would give Provari a call and see if they can check it out for you. To me it sounds like a problem with the Provari 510 connection.

I occasionally have the same problem with both my ProVaris. Sometimes I get the E1 error when both of those tanks are too tight. It usually happens after I change the coil. I have found that sometimes cleaning the connectors of the ProVari and the tank with a Q-tip fixes the problem.

Tried cleaning the connectors and pulling the pin, still nothing. Don't really wanna have to call Provape but I might have to >.<
