As the title says my coils are getting really gunked up after just 1 ml of vaping, the coils turn black n my liquid goes from clear yellow to nasty brown. I'm new to vaping n have only hade my nautilus 2 days. Not sure if this is normal or if it may be my setup/liquid.

-nautilus
-vision twist
-local shop juice (zebra stripe)

Hmmm... turning black after just 1 ml sounds like you are burning the wick to me. I love my Nautilus and the coils last a week or 2. But, I vape them at low voltage for best results. I use my Nautilus from 3.5 -3.7V Anything higher than that and they will burn.

I do hope that you get it figured out because the Nautilus is great IMO

ETA- You may also want to try using the smaller air holes. The more air that you get to the coil, the less juice.

Oops, I keep thinking of more.

Also, be sure that you either drop a few drops of juice directly on the coil or remove the drip tip and drip a few drops down the air tube to the coil before taking your first draw. What I do is to close off the air holes and take 3-4 draws without activating my battery in order to pull juice into the wick. Nothing tastes worse than a dry, burnt wick.
