Nautilus FLOODING!

Hey guys, first day with the nautilus.
No dry hits yet... but it floods like crazy and I already had 2 mls of juice come out of the air-hole, every time I hit the thing hard, I get juice in my mouth and more comes out the airhole.
Any ideas?

Hmmm... Make sure the head is hand tight, put it on the largest hole for a while and don't suck so hard...

Loose head is the biggest culprit with flooding in the Nautilus. I always make sure to tighten any head before using for the first time and after each filling. But with my second one I guess I didn't get it tight enough and got gurgling. When I took the base off the head stayed in the chimney. Cleaned it up and reinstalled the head. No issues after that.

Rebuilt this thing 3 times now, it works fine for a little bit (like a day) then it randomly starts flooding, pulls up juice every hit. It leaks about 1ml per 10 minutes.
Everything is snug and secure.

Did you try a different head or different juice... I don't know... Maybe a seal is bad somewhere like in the base or the head or even the top. I read some time ago in a different thread that a hairline crack in the top of the glass where the top screws in was the culprit. A different tank solved the problem.
