Hello all...

Yesterday I got my Nautilus tank, I´m very impressed with its performance and vapor generation, I was using it for an hour yesterday without any issue....

I left it with about 4ml, and early today I noticed that only had 3ml, I though that I maybe misread it last night before going to bed, but I soon as I tried to do the first puff I felt that it was blocked, looking closely the bottom chamber was overflood with juice, I was able to see the air hole shiny with the juice...

And cleaned everything and it is working fine, but my guess is that I soon as left it sited again it will overflow one more time.

Any advice? is there something that I´m doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help

Just make sure you don't over tighten the head. That big rubbery gasket thingy seals pretty well. When you over tighten, it will leak out.
Hope that works for you!! :)

I just try your recommendation, I guess that only time will tell if it works :)

Just one thing, it is leaking thru the coil into the chamber, it is not leaking between the glass and the rubbery gasket...

Mine was doing the same thing, and it stopped when I didn't tighten the head too much. Also, just blow out the liquid in the air hole to clear it.

I was also told the same by aspire via email when I had a problem with my tank. When you over tighten the coil head it can leak through the air hole. I honestly have no idea why but ever since I took care not too do that I have never had a leak. It also can be the E-juice you're using what is it and whats PV/VG ratio...? I love my Nautilus and only ever had one problem, which compared to the other tanks I've used is awesome. If all else fails e-mail Aspire through their site. When I messaged them they got back to me pretty fast and were helpful just be prepared to see interesting wording/grammar...

This has also happened to me when I got water in the coil chamber while cleaning. If the coil chamber is wet and you fill, it tends to wick like crazy. Keep your thumb over the coil opening when cleaning out the old juice.

In this case, it is brand new....toootally dry!

But will have that in mind...thanks

Its funny because earlier today I was cursing at my Nautilus for this very reason and lost a couple ml of liquid. Like others have mentioned, I took the base off and took the head off, cleaned the base, and put the head back on but just snugly. I made sure that the top was still secure , and screwed the base back on just so that it was snug and not tight. Been working like a champ again.
