Nautilus leaking through airflow

I would say make sure the coil is tightened down all the way, then maybe try rinsing out the catch cup in the bottom, juice gets down there sometimes. I do that whenever I change coils or juice. How old is the coil? Sometimes when it gets old it leaks. How long have you had the tank?
Also, I have heard drying with paper towels or anything can leave tiny fibers that allow juice to leak, so I would say let it air dry.

Like ronnbert says, make sure the coil head is tight. Also, tighten the glass tank firmly. Neither one requires tools.
I've had the tank for quite a while but didn't like the original coils, and only started using it in the last couple months when I decided to buy a pack of the bvc's for the heck of it. The coil is only a couple days old, but it's the first one I tried priming with a couple drops directly to the coil rather than letting it set for a while to prime. I'm careful to tighten everything down well, but I'll definitely rinse it out and let it air dry to see if that will do the trick.
Echoing what everyone else above said. Adding that when you turn the tank upside down to fill it, don't flip it right side up until everything is tightened. The juice will leak into the coil area and end up coming out the airflow holes.
I'd take everything apart, take the coil out, rinse everything (except said coil) off well, and let it air dry. Had this problem, and this worked well for me - haven't had a leak issue since.
