Nautilus tank rebuild

I rebuilt the coils in the atomizer for the nautilus tank. I made a .95 ohm micro coil. Wicked cotton through it to where it is touching the packing around the inner layer of the atomizer. Drilled out the hole to get some extra airflow. Worked great last night. Flavor and vape production was sweet. Woke up this morning to go to work and kept getting a burnt that. Checked the cotton. It looked like it was wicking good. Anybody have any suggestions?

Nice job jared1taylor.

I've been trying to rebuild the Aspire Nautilus but am getting high ohms....around 3.....can't get it any lower....arggg.

Using Kanthal 32 guage with organic cotton and a 4-40 screw.

Anyone with any ideas. ( I watched RiP Trippers video several times ).

Use 28 gauge kathal. That will get your ohms lower. And how many wraps are you doing on that screw?

Well it was .95 ohms so I was running it on my mech. It's a k101 with a 30 amp don't battery. It ran great the night I built it. But the next day it was burning bad

I got the 28 gauge today and rebuilt 6 coils today...all came out perfect.....1.5 ohms. Thanks jared1taylor!!!
