The hotel is beautiful and the area is great. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shopping within walkin distance. It is also very close to highway 85.
Here's the scoop....
I just talked to the sales manager at the hotel and they welcome us to come there, vape and have a good time.
The rate for the rooms is $99 per night.
We will have a small meeting room that is $75 per day (When we figure out how many people are coming we can see how much per person that is. cool?). They will have it open for us on Friday Nov 26th from 5pm-2am and on Saturday from 11am-2am. If there are not enough people coming in on Friday, I will drop the meeting room for Friday. Also the meeting room is on the lobby level right across from the bar.
The contract is on it's way to me. I have blocked off 10 rooms for Friday night and 15 for Saturday night.
So who is in? How many for Friday AND Saturday and how many for just Saturday night? Also, let me know if you will just be coming for the day on Saturday.

Hey Queen, if I were to come it'd be the Saturday since I live relatively close (1hr away). Of course, if I get crossed up I may need to crash..lol
I just got off the phone with the hotel and have been told that we must have a final head count, the contract signed and have it back to them on 10/15. If you are planning to come, PLEASE PM me and let me know that you are coming and if you are coming on both days, or just Saturday and if you will need a room for either or both nights. I do not want to get stuck paying for a meeting room for me, Xeno and Georgia. Please PM me ASAP and definitely before 10/14. I will be putting the contract in the mail on 10/14. Thank you.

I will be there with Eliquidplanet, Drew from Nhaler is coming, as far as I know, and possibly Charlie and the AquaVapor Cig crew. None of them are a definite yet, but have said that they may come. I am not sure if they are coming to sell or just to hang out.
Correction....I do not need a FINAL head count. I just need to make sure there are enough people coming to make this happen.

It's worth any of the work involved. Vapers meetings, big or small, are always a great time. There are some really great people in this community and I love to see them all come together.
I have NOT spoken with the hotel yet, but who would like to see this moved to the weekend before Thanksgiving? I need to know today. Sorry for the late notice, but I just figured out a way of getting myself there the weekend before. Thanks!

Sorry guys, but I am going to cancel this meeting. There wasn't a very big response. We may try it again next year sometime when it isn't around the holidays.
