SmokeStik ban?

Have been waiting on an order from Techie Warehouse in Albany, New York for an atomizer and battery for my SmokeStik (RN4081) super mini, and after no product and no response to emails they finally notified me today with this:

"We apologize for the delay in response.
This order cannot be fulfilled due to the recent FDA ban on SmokeStik products. We will have a full refund applied to your account in the next 2-5 business days."

I have seen no mention of any such ban and I am guessing they are getting cold feet like PayPal. This response came only after I had emailed them four times about an order placed two weeks ago. I had threatened to place negative feedback with the New York Better Business Bureau, PayPal, and Ebay (where they do a lot of selling other electronics, etc.)

Heavens gifts has parts for the RN4081. SmokeStik was my first e-cig now I am just using the 510 and thinking about one of the battery mods...

Actually I did hear something about an e-cig ban in New York.

I live in Albany. They're full of crap. There's no ban of any sort here, and as far as I can tell, e-cigs aren't even on the radar yet.

I just spoke with SmokeStik Head Office and they informed that there is no ban. I don't know what that vendor is talking about and neither did they. I mentioned this vendor to them and they are going to look into this. If I get anymore info I will post it.
