For the most part, yes. Otherwise I do a little vertical SS wick with silica or cotton running through it and into the base

We could use the rain though.. Dunno how I feel about being back in the 40s, though. It's sad that Western NE, CO, Wyoming and KS are going to be seeing snow again. Pretty sure they ran out of cute little winter storm names. This one remains nameless..

I'm all for the rain.....it's the dang 40 degrees for highs.....got a baseball tournament Friday and Saturday......

I'm not this year due to the baseball tournament, but my daughter and foster daughter are. The last couple years I have run it with my daughter. I can't keep up with my son.....he loves running, well, he used to love running. He hasn't really run since he got his concussion last September, so now he's out of shape. He was running in all of the Lincoln Track Club runs. Usually just 5k or 10k's.....he did an 8 mile run last year and loved it. Now he's having a hard time getting motivated to run long distance again.
