Come on.. You are probably sweet at it. What type of welding do ya do there? Shielded, gas, flux-core, all of the above?
I'm alright at it....part of the problem is half the stuff we weld is not exactly the cleanest metal. Usually it's pretty rusty. We have big ... 440 volt mig welders, and because of the rust we use gas shielded flux core wire.....we have argon lines in the shop that the welders are hooked to, and outside we just use bottles of C25. I don't do a whole lot of welding anymore. Before I bid outside I was working heavy wrecks and there were days where I would go through almost a whole role of welding wire.
I'm thinking of ordering more nic......i don't really need it, I've still got quite a bit.....but can you ever really have too much?? WL has 100mg 500ml in stock.......Hawk, you still thinking of doing a big nic order? Might also order some VG...
