I hate the multicolor atomizers these usually come with, but I seem to be the only one who ever complains about that... black battery with black atomizer would be my choice.

All of them are currently black battery/black atomizer with an orange LED (was supposed to receive blue LED, a bit of miscommunication I s'pose)
Thanks again to everyone for your incredible patience and sticking it out with me on this one.. I can finally rest easy and get back on track.
As of now (1:25 am) I've got everything loaded up and ready to go out in the morning.

Oops! Forgot that this was a new thread, sorry! @Sick HP: all of the pre-orders were marked "shipped" when they were received. Now that they're finally here, I'm guessing that yours'll be shipped out with the rest of them.

Yea, I haven't been following this as I got a shipped notice the next day, so I thought it was on the way. I have a useless e-cig now and need something good asap so I can toss the analogs once and for all.
I am getting a few different devices and have been checking on them and haven't been in this part of the forum to see what has been going on till now. I have read a bunch of these post and now I understand the problems Ben has been having, one of the other vendors I am ordering from is having the same problems
hope this all gets cleared up and they leve our vendors alone. Yes I've singed the petition.

I don't want to be picky, because I too will take whatever is shipped at this point... but to be completely honest I really wanted the blue light. So, a little bummed, but no biggy. I realize Ben and his crew were just as stressed over the wait on these, if not more than we were. So, no hard feelings.
I am more paranoid about the fact that I never received any shipment notice, or tracking information despite Ben's message that these were all packaged and shipped out earlier today. The reason I'm paranoid is because Alex called me to inform me that the medium carts are back ordered for a couple days, and asked if I just wanted to sub for the high strength, to which I replied yes (can't wait any longer, hahaha). Great customer service, no doubt, but he called me after Ben posted his message of all of these being shipped. This, on top of the fact that Alex's call lost signal before finishing our conversation and the fact that I haven't received any tracking info has got me a little stressed.
I hope I'm just stressing over nothing, and I should still see these Friday... but I still have no confirmation.

I got a call from Alex this afternoon asking about replacing part of my order, but I have not received an email confirmation that my order has shipped.

Regarding the order confirmations.. It seems like some people did not get the notice, I think this can be attributed to a short outage I had with my database connection to my website mail server during the order processing, now that you guys mention it this makes perfect sense... Rest assured they have gone out!
