Hey guys! Great forum. I was hoping you could help me with my new PV. I have been using the V2, which is an 801 batt with cartomizer. The first month was cool, kept me off analogues. Next month got bored so bought some bottles from Ivape.net. Now im thinking of a new device. I was looking for something to help get the most flavor. Ive been refilling carts, but i think i can get a better vape with another PV. I have already read the library of vaping as i was directed from malty from the irc chat. Im looking for something that doesn't have that poly fill. something i can load up before work and refill later. I don't want to have to drip and carry a bottle around. thanks in advance!

Try looking up "Gotvapes.com's" sapphire bud.
Just type in sapphire in the search box if you can't find them.
It is a clear unit and atomizer all in one with no filler. I was really excited when I found out about them. They are brand new product and sell out quickly, (very quickly). They have reviews and videos on their website about them. I think they are only for 510 connectors so I got an adapter for my x-power 900c so I could use them. They probably sell adapters to go from your 801 to a 510, or just get on their forum here on ECF and ask them about it.

If you don't want to use carts or drip, that leaves two methods of juice delivery to consider, cartos and juice feed systems. You didn't mention being unhappy with your batteries. You could try any of the standard resistance cartos on your existing equipment. 510 and 808's would require an inexpensive adapter. 801 cartos should work as is. You could also try any of the tank systems like the one TimeOut mentioned with the appropriate adapter of course. I wouldn't recommend the ego tanks. Most feedback I've seen mention a loss of flavor, not an increase. In any event, cartos would be the cheapest way to try out new things and narrow down what you like best.

You could also consider the juice feed mods. Lots of different ones out there and they are popular with a lot of folks. Be prepared to spend a fair amount of money, though there are a few inexpensive ones out there. With these you'd be replacing your existing equipment.

I look at carying around juice kinda like carying around a lighter.

As for what you should buy I think you are going to find that it may take some trial and error. All systems have their benefits and weaknesses. But I havn't heard of a single method that doesn't have it's problems. Mod tanks (Map,Torpedo,Storm) all hold a lot of juice but they all can leak if left on their side. Standard carts have to be filled frequently and can also leak. Tank carts typically only hold 1-3 ml and if you vape 5-6 a day you will be refilling. Some people don't like the taste of bottom feeders.

My mom and I both use PV's and we both prefer a different setup. We are waiting on her mod since it hasn't been released but she will be getting the VVPV Notcigs will be selling soon hopefully. It is VV top feeder said to be slightly larger then a pack of cigs.

I on the other hand love my GG stuff. Once it is all here I will be vaping my GGTS with an iAtty tank mod. For now I use a GGTS with regular Boge LR cartomizers.

Both options are costly but I look at it as cheap compaired to analogues (We were both heavy smokers around 150 a week in cigs between the 2 of us) and the nice thing about most mods is they seem to sell quickly in the classifieds and a lot hold their value well.

Anyways good luck with your search.

I should have read your posts more carefully. I thought you had an 801, a three piece system, battery, atomizer and cartridge (cart). I guess you have an 808d, a two piece system, battery and cartomizer (carto). If that's the case, it makes answering your question, "Do I need to buy more atomizers?", much easier, lol, no. If you're using an 808 2 piece then you probably don't have any. You need to buy more cartos. They are expendable; how long they last depends on your cleaning and vaping habits. I'm primarily a dripper (510 attty) so I'll leave the details up to someone else. If you want to try an atty, then the 901's will fit your batteries without an adapter. From everything you've said that doesn't sound like the direction you want to go.

I do think you're probably looking for some type of carto, tank system or juice feed mod. As fright88 pointed out, they all have their advantages and disadvantages. Have fun experimenting and I hope my first post didn't confuse you too much.

Sir, It was my fault for the confusion. I was loosley throwing the term 801 and 808. I apologize. I also thank you and everyone else for your/their help. I cant wait to be proficient enough in this so i can help others as all of you have helped me. Bless you all and have a great rest of your week.
