I need a good cinnamon for a couple of my "all in one" flavors (french toast, apple pie) I don't want a candy one like "red hots" and also don't need it to be very sweet. Any suggestions (and how strong are they)?
I recommend Flavorah Rich Cinnamon. It tastes like real bakery cinnamon to me and takes VERY little, like 1 drop in 10ml of recipe. It's a bit expensive but the bottle will last a long time.
Read reviews on reddit. Both would work for me, but "real cinnamon" wins (except it's very expensive) Of course, I would have to try both to make the call. Might use some in foods also.
