Go to Myvaporstore and pick yourself up one of the new Kanger Aerotanks (2, mega, or mini - they all use the same heads). I bought the mini for myself last month and it's excellent. No issues what so ever. Used 3 heads so far and all 3 were perfect. I get about a week and a half to 2 weeks out of each head. great flavor and vapor, no dry hits, no leaking, no gurgling. For the vamo, I'd probably get the aerotank 2 - just based on the size as that's the only difference between them.

I'm gonna check that out. I'm so bummed right now because the nautilus looks, feels, and works really nice besides the leaking

I second the aerotank NEW DESIGN.

I got a kanger aerotank, for my vamo v5. I had problems with it. It was great for the first week and now it wont produce any smoke. I took it apart and change the heads cleaned it everything. Im sending it back and getting a replacement. Im going give it another try. So hopefully it lives up to the reviews.

But if you have a B&M nearby, try bringing them your Nautilus. Either they can do something about it or tell you what if you're doing something wrong.

Unfortunately I don't have a bandm nearby but I was tightening everything down hand tight. Aero tank is looking good tho

I have the old design - it works - no leaking, no gurgling - but is not exceptional. My Aerotanks Mini new design are much better. So far they're the best tanks I've had from Kanger. I'll have an aerotank V2 normal size later today so I can see if it's as good as the mini. The PT3 just plain sucks.

Any tank can have problems. The Nautilus is also a tank that has a pretty good reputation... I guess QC on these things is just really bad, whether it's Kanger or other manufacturers.

Maybe I won't get it I'm thinking maybe of just getting some simple plastic tanks like the triton tanks for my vamo

Yeah and I don't know if I feel like dealing with customer service either

Prolly the best tank system out there without getting into rebuildables would be the Kanger aerotank. On a vamo I'm thinking the mega. It comes with both a glass tank and a stainless.great flavor, easy to maintain and not leaky.
I had one i used problem free for three months and now my girl is working on month 4 with it. No problems, no leaks and no issues.
I haven't heard many problems with the nautilus either though; are you screwing the coil down all the way? Making sure no juice gets into then center pin/chimney?

Yea I was very careful about that and I made sure everything was fully screwed in after washing and drying every time :(

About the only other two options I could say would be either a carto tank from ibtankd or moving into the world of rebuildables.
That said I'm sorry to hear about your troubles.

I have used a Nautilus for about 2 months and the factory coils are very hit and miss. My suggestion is get on eBay and look for Kayfun 3.1 clones. Bunch out there and no I don't sell vape gear. I just got my Kayfun clone and absolutely love it. With a YouTube search you can learn how to rebuild coils. It's a ton easier than you think. Your Vamo can read ohms without firing so it will help you learn to build your own coils. But anyway I can't make the Kayfun clone leak. It uses a much fatter wick than Kanger and aspire tanks so it can vape huge clouds. I got mine for just under $40 US
