I have a hana and a k100 and am looking to get another box mod that will work great with sub ohm coils. I like box mods and am not sure if I should get a mech box mode or like a gi2 120 watt mod. Is the gi2 regulated? are the batteries stacked or just for extra power? The hana is great for .07 and up but for anything else im using the k100 and I wish it was a box mech mod and could sit up better.

What do u think Regulated box mod or mech box mod or neither?

If you're looking for a good box mod, I suggest the new Vaporshark DNA 30! Their new version is now powered by a replaceable 18650 battery. I've been using mine with my kayfun 3.1 and I LOVE it, it gives off a lot of vapor and is just impressive. Only $169 which isn't to terribly bad. It's sick as ....! Happy vaping :)

A 50 watt iPV 2 box mod. :vapor:

Got mine in the mail!!!!! Hope it works out I am excited to see what I can do with 50 watts regulated my mech mods are good by they are not consistent I am kinda curious about a 100 plus watt box

But I have a idea for a custom box mod up my sleeve that I think well depending of genetics should blow away the competition but I am not sure its strictly speaking legal for cloud chasing events lol ......oh lordy lordy!!!!!

Is your heart set on sub ohming? With a high wattage regulated box mod, there's no advantage to sub ohming. You can build higher ohm coils using a higher gauge wire (less mass to heat up) and get both better performance and battery life

As for the box itself, might look into the advantages/disadvantages of the board types. Okr, raptor, dna, sx 350.

I'm commissioning an sx350 box with dual 18650s in parallel ( twice the battery life, same voltage vs twice the voltage, same battery life for series).

Thanks for all the help! I have been looking at the ipv2 and raptor box's. I think I want regulated over mech. im still thinking tho. I have a dna 30 now should I upgrade? I mean I can go all the way down to .4 ohms and get the same performance out of an ipv2 compared to a mech AND ITS REGULATED! actually more 50 watts on .04 is 4.4v. I wish it had 2 18650s in parallel tho for more bat life. I also see the raptor box looking good 2 but some of the displays look cheap and I don't want one on the back.

The SX330 is newer But a Lesser chip it is not upgradeable thru USB and also has no step down voltage capability
The SX350 is the better Choice :)

can someone tell me the difference between the sx 330 and sx350? I haer the sx350 is ugradeable and may get an upgade to 100 watts? what about the sx330? which one is newer?
