Gotta ask: what happened? Is the green status LED on the AC adapter working? If not you may only have a blown AC adapter. You can try it on the 12 v car cord to rule in/out.

Right now I'm not aware of any 4 or 6 bay out there with truly independent charging channels. They operate by switching back and forth between the batteries in bay 1 & 3 or (or 1, 3 and 5) and 2 & 4 etc. Charging more than 2 batteries at a time means longer overall charge times.

Xtar stuff has a two year warranty. Did you contact them about a warranty replacement? RMA Request - Xtar LED Flashlights USA

The led on the plug is still green, tried the car plug and no go. No lights on the charger work. As for the warranty I don't think they will replace it. When I got the charger only one bay would work. I opened the charger up and found one of the wires crimped between the plastic. I moved it too the side and both bays worked fine till now. I guess I can contact them and see what they say.
