I purchased a 30ml bottle of Ry4 from I-vapour elixir which was at a 50/50 blend, it was my absolute favorite smoke, the throat hit was perfect, the vapour was awesome and it worked great in my setups.
Unfortunately, the last batch I recieved was extremely runny, it tasted too sweet, and was quite frankly horrible. I emailed Toby at the customer support asking him what could be the cause of this and stated I had tried it several times to allow it to steep, and in different cartomizers. To which he responded that they had indeed changed the recipe to 75% pg and 25% vg but "no one else had noticed" he told me. I asked to return it and his e-mail to me was :
I didn't realise you had used about 5ml of the liquid, so I will replace with one 15ml and one 10ml bottle.

Is it just me or is this extremely poor customer service? I was mis-sold a product and quite shocked that he would be so stingy over 5 mil of e-juice especially when the order was not what I requested? Of course I would have used ~5 mil of juice as i've allowed it to steep and thought it was my imagination playing games on me. I'd like your opinions on this, am I over-reacting or is this indeed poor service? I must say it has left a bad taste in my mouth(no pun intended)
Anyway could someone please reccomend a UK girl a new RY4 preferably at 50/50 and if you have experience with i-vape elixir something similar if at all possible. Thanks
