Ok Should it be the shippers or customers responsibility to check the status of a package if it has not reached the destination after 22 days.
I have called TW's customer service and had several email correspondences tell me to call USPS to find out whats going on. I did not voice my objections to that fearing this was normal business practices.
I just called USPS and am at my wits end. I was on the crappy automated service line for 45 mins tying to enter the bloody label number.

What can you do to resolve this issue. I placed the order on 8/19 and still have not received my package. Multiple attempts to get a resolution to the issue has came with the same two answers
it will be there in 2 days OR call USPS.
I feel its the senders responsibility to ensure the products they sell make it to there customers on a timely basis. At least check them when there is an issue and not tell the customers to do the research.
This has taken entirely to long to resolve.
