Does anyone know where to get replacement screws for the spring on a 14500 Mini?
I melted my spring, and didn't have a small enough allen key at home to fix it, so I just figured I would do it at work today, and I dropped the screw!!!!
Tried to find it but for some reason most stuff that hits the floor in the shop vanishes (And the floor is clean thats the crazy part)

I doubt you would be able to find the correct flat head/counter sunk screw at a local hardware store especially if it's metric, but ya never know. Around here only the mom & pop hardware stores carry a wider selection than the big box hardware store chains, M3 is the smallest I can find around here. Not sure why I'm thinking metric but it very well could be a standard machine screw thread.

Why not contact Robert himself? I'm sure he will take care of you quickly. And if Robert will let you know the screw size you can definitely get a bunch of them from Mcmaster. I say a bunch cause from Mcmaster you'll have to buy them in packs of 25, 50, 100, etc depending on the type of screw & material you get but you'll have plenty of spares in case it happens again.
