Need a solid reliable and tough 200w mod.....

Looking for a 2 or 3 18650 mod.

Everything I have is up to 100 watts. I'm getting into captions and temp control and I'd like to be able to max each of my rdas.

Currently looking at the rx200 for about 45$

Thoughts?

How about a Reuleaux DNA200 they're running for about $130ish. I've had one for 8 months and it's as solid as the first day and it has taken a beating from daily use. I even bought a backup one that is still sealed in the box.

Or maybe a Triade...

I have 2 rx200's and they are one of my favorite mods. I also own the laisimo 200 watt tc. It's all about user opinion though. Look up some reviews on whatever mod or mods you want, and then make a choice. Best of luck!

Not at all.

Wattage in TC simply determines how fast the build reaches the set temp.
It's temp limited... even 20w will get there... eventually.
But hey, I get it... ramp up sucks.

High wattage is only necessary for higher mass (and inevitably lower res) builds.
The wraps of a Clapton generally heat up parasitically, but multiple cores are becoming more popular and that does need the extra oomph.

You might enjoy the extra battery capacity and less battery sag from a dual or triple battery mod but a 200W mod isn't necessary to play with TC.

I've been reading about the different wires.

Out of the standard wires. I'm looking to hit..025 clapton builds.

Im used to kanthal. And ideally would like to be able rewick a tc build.

What's are your choices for tc coil building?
