I currently have a coolfire 4 tc 100. Looking for something that can go to all easy 150 or 200w. I've been looking at the rx200 and rx200s, tarot 200, ipv5, cuboid. Cuboid throws me off because of the 25a limit. I'm also looking for a another tank. I currently have the herakles plus. I'm just looking for something else. Something that can go above 100w along with the mod? Been considering rtas but is the flavor and vapor better than a regular sub ohm tank?

Moonshot tank or RTA such as Billow V3 25mm. Mods, any 200W should do kbox 200 is ok as an example.
Take a look at an rx200. It's a 200 watt box mod but they just made an update that makes it goto 250 watts! Or try a sigeli 150 tempatrue control. I have both and I love them. Now for the tank, I have a cleito , and a crown tank. The cleito is my favorite though.
Arguably, To go into the levels you are talking about you need a 3 Battery Mod.

I have two Sigelei 213s and they rock. If you want to make use of current TC scales buy the new Sigelei Fuchai 213s. The std 213s use a new scale that you may not find handy without consulting the Sigelei TC charts.
If you're wanting a mod that can really do 200W then I can only recommend the DNA200 mods.
The only other one that can safely do 200W is the RX200 because it's a 3 battery mod so it's voltage is much higher. To hit 200W on a 2 battery mod you have to be within a tiny resistance range with your atomizer and willing to push your batteries to their limits. The problem with the RX200 is that it has a crappy 510 connector.
If you don't NEED that 200W and 150W will work fine then there are lots of great mods to choose from. Sigelei 213 and the Pioneer4You IPV5 are really good mods for up to 150W, but I wouldn't take any 2 battery mod to 200W even if their settings allow it.

I'm not looking for a true 200w mod. Definitely would like at least 130 ish. I just threw the 200w mods up there because I knew they could do 150 no problem. Realisticly I know a 2 battery mod could do 200w but only under perfect conditions and I don't intend to do 200w just around 150 ish every now and again
