A Riva, kGo, or E-power would be a good choice. Their all good PVs that give a great vape and good battery life, but are still small enough that you can easily carry it in your pocket.
I have an E-Power and carry it with me everywhere I go. I got the E-Power over the kGo bc I like that everyhting is replaceable on it so its cheaper to maintain and it uses non-proprietary batteries just like your lavatube does. So if you like how your lavatube has removable batteries, I would def consider an E-Power. E-Power batts cost only $4-5 compared to kGo/Riva/eGo batteries that are $14-20, and the E-Power batteries last alot longer before they need to be replaced.
And depending on what battery charger you have, you could most likely charge the E-Power batteries with the same charger you use for the lavatube batteries, so you wouldnt need to buy a charger like youd have to if you got an eGo/kGo/Riva.
If you really wanted to save money, you could just build an E-Power for cheap.
You could buy a battery tube from Hoosier for $7.49, and two 14650 batteries for $5.89 each. Even with shipping thats only $23. Then buy a spare switch from CCV for $9.50 and they have free shipping.
If you do that you just built yourself an E-power and have an extra battery for $30-32.

If you like carto tanks too, the Smoktech 3.5ml tank is perfect for E-power/kGo sized PVs. Its a dual coil tank, but dual coils suck at lower voltages so instead I use the Ressurector cartos in the tank and they work a LOT better. CCV and Hoosier both sell pre-punched Ressurectors(Smoktech 1.7ohm XL cartos). Even with the tank on my E-Power, I can still easily carry it around in my pocket and I carry it with me everywhere I go.
Heres what it looks like with the 3.5ml tank on it.photo3.jpg

If length is a consideration, the eGo 650mah battery with a Boge 2.0 carto is a good pocket sized carry ecig. I use a 1000mah batt with mine and it fits just fine in a jeans pocket. You want the eGo-T batt for the 5 click on-off switch (won't come on in your pocket) and use the cone to provide lateral support for the carto and a smoother profile.

If you use the smaller 650mah batt, stick a spare in the car and carry a 3ml bottle of juice in the other pants pocket. The 650 batt gives you a stealth vaping profile that hides easily in your hand, plus the eGo and eGo-T are 510 threads.

do anyone still use them 510 pens?

you would think with all the tech. we have someone can make a smaller stronger battery

i have an Ego now but never use it, the constant driping, and ozzing out the batt connection was getting on my nerves, and tanks on them are just out right "funny looking" im not trying to engages in a conversation with the cops about what im doing you know, lol

The eGos arnt bad batteries, but their only 3.3-3.4V, which is lower than the lowest voltage your lavatube has. Thats why I think an E-Power, kGo, or a newer Riva would be a better option bc while their not VV, at least their 3.7V PVs

I seriously don't notice a difference at all between the riva and joye battery. Higher I do, like the 4.2v echo-e. Vapor God has a Riva 1100 mah battery for $12.99. But it's not small, if that's what he's looking for.

Something you could palm, I'd go for reo mini, or the Trog. I got a janystick in the classifieds that I use mostly for a passthru but you get a good vape and it's super tiny! It's about 2 3/4 by 1" wide. I think Crop duster has them for about $25. Not sure how long the batteries last.

The liberty flights Riva kits at $30 are a good price point, not so much "aww, rats" factor if one of the batteries gets lost/broken outside. On the other hand, if you already have some eGo batteries, they are pretty similar (though current Rivas have higher voltage, at least to start).

Alternately, a really compact auto unit that I'm liking is the Trog SD Key Ring, a 510 connector unit that is about $20 for battery/charger/2 cartos. Very compact. I use a boge 2 ohm stainless steel on it, for movies and the like where I want decent vaping plus stealth. It is an auto, you should't use it for dripping, but with a normal carto, or a carto tank that is non-leaky, it is nice. The battery is supposed to be 300 mAh capacity, and while I haven't bothered measuring it the voltage appears respectable. One battery isn't an all-day one, but for a couple hours it is a pretty sweet setup, much nicer IMO than just a stock 510 battery.

I believe most the things being mentioned are 510 threaded. the ego and riva are 510 I know for sure.
I still use on a daily basis my little joye 510s. I have the regular size and the mega. I still love them. when I smoked I carried a cig case. so I still carry a cig case but now it has 3 joye 510 pvs in it. by using 3 during the day I only have to recharge them once a day (I have 6 in rotation).
I've noticed that a lot of people who go to bars (I'm old and my bar days are over lol) lose their PVs...so I would suggest a cheap easily replaceable one for drinking outings :)

I forgot to add that I use this tank which does not require a special atty...not too popular but it works for me -

Stock 510 batteries don't have enough mAh (capacity) to handle 2 ohm atomizers, since the little standard 510 is only a 180 mAh battery. You don't want to pull too many times the C (capacity) rating of the battery, since neither the battery drive capability (maximum allowable output current) nor the surrounding electronics are designed for that high a current. Too high a current and you can have either a sudden failure (switch electronics fail or the battery goes into thermal runaway, unlikely but possible) or a really significant shortening of battery lifespan (meaning it may only last like 10 - 20 recharge cycles instead of several hundred).

2.5 ohms is the low end for a stock 510 battery. You might try using a 2 ohm on it, but then you can expect early failure and should pay attention to it, make sure it doesn't get stuck "on", become really hot (a runaway).
