I have the same problem but I'm waitting for a backup provari to arrive first. I believe you need to get on provape's site and send them an email for a RMA number. Just click on their Contact Us in the left menu.
Same thing has happened to my Provari the atty connection has also got a little loose.So I have returned it to Provape last week around Wednesday....I hope they have got it by now.
This black chrome provari that I just recieved has a hard plastic window in it, my satin one had the soft window that is now in for repair because it pushed in. When I get the satin one back this black chrome will be used as a spare backup.
