Hi and welcome. The Tsunami appears to me to be built as a cloud machine rather than a flavor chaser. The muted flavor is probably too much air compared to vapor. You could try misaligning the top cap to cut the air flow down some. Or build it single coil with clapton wire. Nothing is going to reduce the internal volume.

Just got my Tsunami today.

I haven't touched an RDA in over a year, and I am loving this one so far. Spaced 24ga coil sitting about 1mm over the airflow is giving me excellent flavor - and I'm vaping unflavored.

No leaking so far, just some condensation coming from the airflow openings. Of course, with the coils right over the airflow, that's not surprising.

15 drops right through the drip tip seems to be working just fine.

BOOM!

What are you using for wick material?
  • Cotton (ordinary)
  • Organic cotton balls
  • Japanese or Ko Gen Do or Cotton Bacon cotton
  • Rayon (cellucotton)
After using all of the above, my favorites are Rayon and Ko Gen Do cotton. The others listed don't wick as well and have that "new cotton" taste after installing a new wick.

I can't comment on the Tsunami dripper, don't have one. The suggestion for a smaller bore drip tip is a good one to improve flavor. I make simple (spaced or compressed) coils in my Velocity and Patriot drippers and get great flavor. 0.6 ohm dual coils, 3 mm diameter, 28 or 24 gauge kanthal wire.
