I recently got a KangerTech Evod Pro V2 & I like the device it has a decent battery & vape production for the device but the flavor from the coils are horrible I see people leaving reviews saying they are getting great flavor & I'm calling Bull.... on it! They use the CLOCC coils. So my question is #1 are there any other coils that are compatible with the Kanger evod pro version ? And question #2 is there anyway to get my coil to give better flavor if possible?!? Any recommendations, advice or suggestions would be appreciated..thank you in advanced

Is the Evod your first device? Do you know based on previous experience that you like the juice you are trying in the Evod? Have you properly primed the new coil? Have you allowed enough time for the coil to break in. Is the juice new and does it need to steep? Are you vaping mouth to lung or direct to lung?

Did you get it with the original coils from a reputable dealer? Just making sure you have the right coils, apparently there are some nickel coils, they are not comparable with your battery. They would taste bad.
This is my back up device my main device is a Eleaf ikuu i80.. I primed the coil I have had this device for about a week maybe a week & a couple of days it came with 2 different coils one a .5 for DL or a 1.0 for MTL Ive only been using the .5 coil for DL and the juice I have I use in my tobeco super mini tank which is on my Eleaf mod and the flavor is awesome even when I used my melo 4 tank the juice tasted good. I also have a little ego pen that has an aspire K1 bvc tank and the juice also tastes good. Idk if it's just the CLOCC coils it's like inhaling tasteless vapor idk how to describe IT. And Idk if there's a coil that's compatible with the evod pro v2
I bought all 3 of my devices from my vapor store. It didn't come with the Nickle coils unless it somehow got mislabeled which idk if that can happen & I don't want to buy more coils and I end up with the same results which I know if I don't buy them I won't know if the one I have is just a dud
Yeah probably just a dud coil. I never used a Nebox or anything with that top airflow drop in CL coil though so could just suck. The rest of their coils are fine though. SSOCC an SOCC's in the original Evods even weren't to bad.
Might try the 1.0 coil, I haven't used any of the later evods but I used some of the earlier ones, and protanks, I never liked the low ohm coils in them. Maybe they changed, but the earlier ones and protanks just weren't that good for DTL. I usually rebuilt them and stayed around 1.2 or so.
Basically looks like a bigger Joyetech AIO with old Nebox coils. I never heard of it either.
I've used the Kanger SSOCC, OCC, etc... coils in the TopTank and Subtank with good flavor. I haven't tried the CLOCC coils. My guess based in your replies is you have a bad coil.
I never found the Kangor coils in general provide the taste or production as well as some other brands, using my taste in juices. Fruity.
My wife uses a menthol blend and loves the flavor and production provided by her 0.5 ssocc coils.
I have stuck with Zenith tanks exclusively after trying several other brands. MtL tanks though.

I used to rewick with cotton yarn and the flavor was 10 times better than the oem wicks .
The ccocc drop in being so close to the ones in the sub, top and nano tanks I'd agree if there's no flavor after half a tank it's a dud coil/batch.
