Ah! my bad! Dripper, and I own an Igo-w4 and L, Aqua, and a billion tanks! I was looking at the vapintech 3d clone, looks like a nice clone, just not sure about it..
My favorite dripper right now is my magma. If your interested in the 3d Dripper you may like this one as it holds a ton of juice! Nice size clouds and GREAT flavor! I found a clone version on ebay for about $45.00 buy it now.

I have the 3d dripper from infinite and it is made beautifully made but I have not built it yet. IMO its a weird looking dripper but not a bad looking one. If you go this route make sure you get the 510 adapter with it unless you only plan on using it with a nemesis.
Also look into an origen dripper clone as well.

You rock! I've had the magma, recommended by SO SO SO many people, I may have to go with that, the vapintech origen clone and the vapintech 3d were the other two options I was considering. lol. Alas, after a moment of research here, I think I gotta wait on the magma clone, if it happens to be one based on V1 (no way to tell really) it could have uneven posts or no insulator 
Did your infinite 3D not come with a 510 adapter? It's my understanding the vapintech ones do, but if the infinite's have em, I might grab one of those considering I just got the Infinite Stingray! I'll likely end up getting all of these attys you mentioned, still debating between the 3D and the Origen though.. Is the origen that awesome? Cause I'm sick to death of my W4, the airholes are drilled out too big and it leaks everywhere!

It appears to be version 2.
I know this because I have the version 2 authentic and it contains the insulator between the posts. Just like the clone! I cut the pick of the deck from the listing and attached it below. Notice the white delrin insulator.
The other thing was the post holes being the same height. It isn't as obvious in their pics but it does look like they are (probably).
In regards to the Origen, I do not have one. I have a similiar atty called the Storm-A and that is awesome! I like my magma more however. It has better flavor. I can't say that the magma is better than an origen since its similar but not the same.
I also have a zenith v2 authentic and this and the magma are about equal for different reasons. The zenith has bigger clouds and looks amazing. The magma has better flavor and holds more juice. I like and use both but if I could only choose one it would probably (ask me again tomorrow ) be the magma.

no, the double cross is a previous generation to the zenith. The zenith is the last most recent version of the double cross. There are two versions of the zenith. The zenith v2 has a screw on top cap instead of a press-fitted one.
Venerable only has the double cross, though they do have the brass monkey.
