Check Mamu's Milo thread for a great tutorial and the evolv product page for the datasheet on the DNA20D. Other than finding an enclosure you like, that should get you all set. I don't know how big a Reo is, so I can't help there.
o nice, im looking at this for the casing,http://www.hammondmfg.com/jpeg2/1590B_BBRD_B.jpg . can i possibly use 1 or 2 18650s in it? if so, where can i find decent battery holders for cheap?
also, instead of his switch, can i use http://www.madvapes.com/mountain-switch-metal-body-black-rncap-3a-2760.html , for the selectors, and the horn button for the firing button?

What size are the casings? most any switch will work. Ya might go to Evolv web site and look at the datasheet for the DNA20D.....may answer many of your questions...
A good drill bit or a ban saw with metal saw. Did you read her PDF? The PDF has a lot of info. It's pretty much the main way I've learned (in my head at least) on how to mod. In fact, I believe she uses that exact same box as you are wanting to.
Little off topic, but I busted the screen on my DNA20 today...
trying to build a tube mode and it got caught on the edge of the tube while sliding it in. Total bummer. I email evolv to see if I can get just the screen with the ribbon cable. Anyone else do this????

I crack a screen during a build....I can't do micro soldering on a ribbon......mod works great, just no screen readouts....

Will they sell just the screen?? I should be able to get that ribbon soldered back on... Although it should still work without a display. But that is not the point....right?

Using some GG pieces to complete it. Just waiting on a drill bit so I can run the tap in the tubes.
Now I need another DNA20. hehe...It fits nice and snug in the plastic I cut out for it. still have to drill the holes for the switches and the window.
The way I am going to be doing it next time is use a caliper to measure the screen dimensions while it is lit up then transfer to the box with a sharpie and use a small drill bit to go around and perferate it of sorts then cut with a cut off disc and snap off the excess then clean up the rest with a dremel and hand files. If you look at my build the window for mine is pretty ugly and I think this approach would make a very neat and tidy window.
Keighles That looks like it is going to be a very good looking mod once it's finished.
