Well first I think I made it to strong then I made more and it just does not taste like Vanilla , so far I used Loranns It was too yucky then PA brand at 15 % not good then I made Vanilla Tahiti signal brand 10 % it does not taste right. I have made lots of liquid and everything except my vanilla is yummy . So I am stuck.
If you don't mind messing with powders you might consider picking up some Ethyl Vanillin from The Perfumer's apprentice. I mixed it the same way I mix ethyl maltol. 1/4 teaspoon to 10 mL of PG and shake it under hot water until it disolves completely. Add to taste and a little goes a long way. I've used it as an undertone so far.... about a drop per 1 mL is a really good undertone. I wish I had more experience with it to recommend further, but it is the best smelling smooth vanilla I've tried so far. I'll be using it a lot more. I have no idea if she has it in liquid but you might check and/or ask.
I haven't used LorAnn's or TPA's vanilla, but here's a couple of thoughts...
15% might be too strong. Have you tried reducing the amount? You might also try adding some ethyl maltol... it can really bring some flavors out.

Vanilla is a tough single flavor to mix. I tried all the ones you tried. Not very tasty. Ordered some Capella's Vanilla Custard and all is good now. If all else fails, get some Capella's VC.
Well it looks like I better order some Capellas, my favorite DIY flavor vendor ecigexpress is still out of stock on that flavor , mean while I am going to try mixing the Tpa Vanilla again and start at 4 % and see what that taste like . Thanks for all the tips every one
