The Vandy Vape Pulse II works great in temp control too, if you need another option.

I did see the VV Pulse II at the same place I found the Lost Vape Centaurus but decided against it due to location of the squonk window. Good to know about the TC though. Thanks.

I have a couple of Pulse 2's and love them. I don't use TC for anything but to limit dry hits though so I have no feel for how it vapes in that mode. I checked it out online and Daniel of DJlsb Vapes put out a negative review of its TC capabilities. It's at about 12:10 in the review below.

The other little niggle for me is that the bottle cap can sometimes leak a bit. I've kinda figured out that if I press the lever pin in a bit it stops, but it can do it again. I say 'kinda' because I'm not really sure my fix is what's actually 'fixing' it :)

These two issues are why I didn't recommend it earlier in the thread. I take it you haven't had issues with yours Ange. Maybe they fixed it after I bought mine? The TC performance might also not be a negative for everyone. Some people might just like how it vapes. They are still great mods and I still love mine!

I've had no trouble with leaking. Unless I oversquonk. Which I still do! So I may have a later batch mod.

Regarding TC, I'd claim my knowledge as rudimentary. Whereas I'd claim Daniel's as an expert. For what I was using it for - ie letting me know I needed to squonk, it functioned fine. But I'm glad you pointed out that review, as I hadn't seen it. And the more information on a product - the better.

I'm not a squonker myself, but love him or hate him GrimmGreen does the best squonk reviews. He's always brutally honest and I appreciate that. I'm sure you could find a few good suggestions on his channel. :)

Also it seems like squonk mods only come out a few every couple of years. I may be wrong but if I can't think of one off-hand then I don't see them much. :D

I have 1/2 dozen Squeeze2's in service. Personally I've outfitted them with a Haydaily clone atomizer. While the stock firmware works fairly well enough the Pico's can be reflashed with ArticFox firmware that many like more then the stock firmware.

IMHO: the basics of a good squank atomizer is a FLAT deck with no juice wells. The idea here is that 'squanking' wets the wick and then sucks the excess juice back into the bottle. My Pico's have been in daily use for a few years without any leaks or issues. (other then dropping one and the magnetic door fell off and somehow 'vanished' not to be found)

Squanking is my preferred method of vaping anything with flavor. When the flavor starts to fall off - time to squank! With good TC regulation you can dial in the temperature for the best flavor. While at one point I did find/purchase replacement bottles for the Squeeze2, I'm still using the stock ones that came with them.
