I recently bought a K200+ mod and have a couple of questions about it I went ahead and bought a Kangertech AeroTank Mega for it but I'm not getting clouds like I want I was wondering if I could possibly use this mod and have like a drip tip and build my own coils and what not to get that cloud I want.

There's nothing wrong with K200 +
It goes to 15w and that should be enough with the right atomizer.
You might need to work out the ideal resistance of the coil. It may not fire sub 1 ohm.
