It has been awhile since I have posted, but I have 2 Reo Grands topped with A7 RBA's vaping at 6 volts.. I have been getting my 3.5ohm coils premade from avid vapor.. Avid vapor had decided to stop offering the coils at 3.5ohm to accommodate my 6volt habit.. The avid vapor coils use .18mm which is 33awg nichome80 wire and 2.5mm silica wick.. I have found some kenthal A1 33awg on ebay, my question is how does the kenthal compare to the nichrome 80? and what is the easiest way to get the silica wick inside the coil? or do you wrap the coil around the silica wick?
