Another source for the Cartomizer style e-cig is Nhaler.com Just not sure of LED colors. But Drew has Greencig and KR808D-1 models. He ships same day/next business day via USPS and packages do not require signature on US deliveries.
DC2 is right on the money. I strongly suggest doing some research before you jump in.
On shipping, etc.: I ordered my first batch of stuff from Rocky Mountain Vapor. It was shipped USPS and the package was small enough to fit in my mailbox. Almost every supplier is very responsive to questions though - drop 'em a line and see if you can work out the best way to get your shipment.

Hey I recommend Greentip electronic cigarettes. They are very affordable ecigs that produce great quality smoke with plenty of flavor. AWESOME customer service too. battery life is okayyy but I like their size and weight. dont want to be carrying around a pen sized thing that weights a ton
Ditto the 510 was one headache after another.. Just look and see how many cart mods there are here on the forum. Why u ask because they dont work proper out of the box..
I just received my first e-cig (KR808D-1 (nebula)) from Vapor 9 about a week ago and couldn’t be happier with the product and the vendor. I am a scientist, and did extensive research on e-cigarettes (products, health aspects, etc.) and I believe as a newbie this model is, without question, the best model for first time buyers. The product vapes relatively consistently, no mess or hassle; however, I do refill (top off) my carts with the e-liquid to save money. I absolutely recommend this product for a first time buyer.
