A friend of mine recently quite vapeing and gave me a punch of his juice and stuff this was with it.
It tastes sweet and has a little taste of tobacco but am not sure.

I've searched the internet but no idea

Yeah I found a vape mafia on fb but it is out of business. Can you ask the friend what the mg is and when did they purchase? If you are unsure and do not feel comfortable with using it then don't. Better to be safe than sorry.

Me too tried to search and find this e liquid. But couldn't find it.

Found a reference to Vapes Mafia in Hawaii, but no actual business site. Have a feeling this is a "startup" who's in it for the quick buck or one of the "flash in the pan" companies that tried to break into the biz and quickly fizzled.

Depending on how it was stored, it should be ok. I have some mixes that are nearing a couple of years old that I need to go through myself. If it smells ok and you said it was really good, I would give it a try. If you notice a nic type of smell then it means it is starting to degrade.

And if your friend bought it in Kuwait, there would be no way for us to determine its source.

Would you eat food if you were unsure of it's age or origin? That liquid is going in your lungs, so have a think first.
