Need help choosing build type and materials

I have a plume veil with a 4nine and a sony 18650vtc4
im buying materials and i need to figure out what to get. im looking for 50/50 flavor to clouds.
if you could tell me best wick and gauge size aswell as what coil to make that'll be sweet.

I wish I could give you a formula for what's perfect, but it really is all too subjective to tell you that "X" gauge wire at "Y" resistance and "Z" wicking material will be good.

Now that's out of the way, I tend to favor microcoils (single or dual, depending on my mood) wrapped with 24 to 28 gauge wire under 0.5 ohms, wicked with either organic (Japanese) cotton or Rayon.

Do you by chance have a multimeter or an atomizer ohm tester? I ask because that's a vital part of any rebuilder's arsenal, and you didn't ask about resistance.
