Day 5 and I'm still dialing in my nicotine requirement, trying to figure out whether deep lung hits are a good idea. Help and input gratefully accepted. I'm using an Aspire K1 cartomizer w/1.8 ohm coil and 1300mah battery and 25 mg/ml nicotine content juice. Got what I think is an overdose this AM after about 7 ea (x2) deep lung hits and 1 cig over a space of about 2-1/2 hours. I drank a lot of water and it cleared up. I need to regularize my schedule, vaping about 7 hits, 1 to 1-1/2 hours apart as of late. I'm vaping and smoking for week one, cigs are down from 20/day to 7/day and dropping. Next week is all vape (I hope). I'm going one step at a time - first no smoke, then reduce nicotine.
What's the best technique for vape nicotine delivery, mouth and nose and shallow lung hits, or deep lung hits? Sometimes I pull straight through, other times take a couple of mouth hits and then pull it into my lungs.
How often do others at 1 pack cigs/day vape to meet their nicotine requirement? What strength?
All info appreciated. Thanks, and keep on keeping on to all you ex-smokers out there!
