Need Help Filling my Go-Go cartomizer

So I ordered my Go-Go and got some juice and now need to fill the Cartomizer. I don't have a syringe and tried searching for the best method to fill this thing. Will the condom method work? do I just keep dripping from the top until it soaks in? I have 0 experience doing this and it's my first time, so any help is appreciated.

Thanks guys!! that helps ALOT!! the free e-liquid I got is a PAIN to drip out, gonna be here a while hahaha. Guess I can go order a syringe for future use.
