Hi all,

I bought myself two "GotVapes Replaceable Stardust™ 510 Mini eGo 400mah Kit"s and of couse I lost one of my chargers shortly after receiving it. My problem is, the gotvapes website no longer carries this kit, the full description of what it's compatible with is no longer viewable, and now I don't know what type of charger to buy to replace the lost one. Can anyone tell me exactly what I need to recharge my battery and where to buy it? I'd prefer to get it from gotvapes if they carry it so that I can bundle my purchases... but I did my own newbie search and don't see anything. Then again, I'm very new to vaping and don't know what I'm looking for. Can anyone help? Thank you so much:thumbs:

It's an eGo charger. Here's the original post from the gotvapes thread...

That said, there are '2 minds' about the charging - one says use a 510 - it Will work - just takes longer. You'll see this blurb on other vendors sites regarding the 350 and the 400. Others say use the eGo charger - no problem. But the kit originally came with an eGo charger ;) I don't leave any batts on charger overnight or when I'm out of the house - but many do... your choice....

Thank you everyone. I've decided to go with the Genuine Joyetech USB Charging Cord. I found my lost charger (thank you, baby jesus!) after one of my chargers broke. It turned out I'm a handy girl when I am afraid I won't be able to vape! I tore that broken charger apart and partially fixed it to use until I found the lost one. Now it's time to get a new one in case the non-broken one works....

I've also decided to try the kanger T3 botttom replaceable coils (2.4ohm) clearos. Can't wait for my new stuff. It's definitely fun shopping for new juice and stuff every month. :0)

What is the output on it? There should be a sticker on the body of it. My 420mah output charges my 400mah eGo mini in 30-40 minutes from almost dead. My 510 charger actually stopped working for my mini, but it will charge my twist in about 24 hours lol.

i have two now, not sure if they both are as slow as one another. they both say 420mA. maybe my batteries are dying?

That seems strange that they would be dying... I have noticed this though: If I let my battery die completely, I can count on at least another 20 minutes or more of charging time. If I charge as I notice they are running low (by feel of the vapor) I get a nice quick charge. From that point where I notice it's dropping off, if I keep vaping I probably will only get another 15 minutes of vape time, and it will be lacking taste and vapor. I try to never let them go completely dead, it's just all around better that way, for me at least.

Another thing to consider: If I use a wall -> USB adapter I get that 30-40 minute charge. If I charge from a low power USB port on my work computer it's going to be double the time at least - doesn't bother me at work. Just be aware that if you are using a USB port that isn't directly coming off the motherboard (like one on the front of a tower, or on a monitor) there's a good change it's not putting out high power.
