Need help finding highest level juice

I started off with medium juice. Then I went to high 24. Now I have tried some 36 that doesn't seen to be as high as the medium. I want something strong enough that I will not have the urge to grab the analog. I am not smoking very much now compared to the 3 pack a day habit. I just want some really strong juice. Can someone recommend on that is really strong? I have tried some that are really tasty but I need the head rush. I am located in the USA.
