A V4L Juice question

Ok I am sitting here trying to order my Vapor king.

The cartomizers come in different strengths. Right now I smoke Winston. What strength would be the closest? 18mg?

Also looking at the juices. some of them, like the cowboy doesn't have the same strength in the juice as it does in the cartomizer. it goes from 24 to 11 mg., which I assume would be like a Marlboro or Winston says its strength is high medium or low.

Also some of the juices don't have mg at all but are rated high, medium and low. What does that correspond to?

I would have thought they would have made it easier to choose this kind of stuff and standardized between cartomizers and juice strength.

Anyway any help here would be appreciated.

18mg is a good place to start, but at the end of the day, it's going to be trial and error.

I smoked about 30 a day of rollies, Lucky Strikes, or Pall Malls. Sometimes filterless. All very heavy cigarettes.

And as I read, I began to wonder if 18mg would be too weak for me, because it seemed like a lot of people who smoked like me were vaping higher strengths.

But I'm so glad I started at 18mg. 24mg is too high, and I can actually go all the way down to 12mg and still be ok.

What strength will work for you is individual, and may or may not correspond to what you smoked.

V4L "low" is 8mg, "medium" is 18mg, and "high" is 36mg. There is a key in the upper left-hand corner of the 5ml Nobacco Juice page.
