need help finding safe flavors

Hi all. I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything. I currently just use tfa for all my flavors. I want to try marshmallow, toasted marshmallow, and graham cracker, but they have a note stating they contain diacetyl, acetoin, or acetyl propionyl which I want to avoid obviously. I'd really like to find a graham cracker, marshmallow and some others that are butter/custard/diketone (whatever you want to call them) free.

I loved boss reserve by cuttwood, but why drop $20+ on liquid I'd go through in 2 or 3 days when I can make my own fluid for a fraction of the cost. I really liked are's ridicule by clouds of olympus, but again I can't justify the $20 price tag when diy is so much cheaper. I know boss reserve contains graham cracker and some other flavors, but I don't want to try to recreate it with flavors I'm not positive are safe.

It seems like I always gravitate towards flavors with vanilla swirl in it. I enjoy their ry4 asian and double, but again avoiding the Asian due to the diketones. Their pistachio just seems to completely take over everything I put it in no matter how little I use. Their black honey smells bad, but tastes pretty good. Idk where I'm going with this last bit of rambling so I'll just end this here lol.

Hmm, I'm curious; what leads you to believe those ingredients aren't so safe?

Multiplicity, diketones like diacetyl, acetoin, and acetyl propionyl have been linked to a disease called popcorn lung disease. which is no Bueno. I haven't had the time to read up on it really any further than that, but I like to err on the side of caution and just avoid those ingredients.

Decide for yourself after reading. Some vapers want to avoid certain chemicals --- others don't care.


@McHaggis---You want flavorings, not ejiuce, right?
