Need help fixing Vision Deux that is gurgling and leaking down center post

I bought a few Vision Deux Mini (2.5ml) LED. I've opened and tried two of them. The first one works perfectly. I even knocked it over on its side and no leaking or gurgling. The second one however has been leaking a lot out of the center post and on to the battery post. I've filled it twice now, with 70% pg juice, and it did it the both times. The first time I thought it was probably my fault as I filled it to the bottom of the seal instead of stopping at the cup itself. Even after blowing it out it didn't stop leaking until about half the tank was empty. On the second fill I was more careful and stopped before the cup but it is doing the same thing, though not as much.

Anything I can do? I figure I probably need to reseat the seal or something but thought I'd check here first.

Yep, you need to a) make sure the cup seal is well ushed down. But I would highly advise pushing that down WHILE IT IS ONE THE BATTERY because if you don't then that brings me to b) If you push the center air hole battery connector pin down too far it opens the seal on the BOTTOM. It is like a collar seal if that makes sense? Now, depending on which exact ones you've got, there is either two pin holes or two slits IN THE THREADING. Look in those and you should just barely see a bit of sealing. If you have air holes you can move the seal so the air holes are halfway covered, with a needle or pin. If it is the slits in the threading it can be a bit harder to judge but that just may need to be adjusted. And in that same vein, you may need to push the connector against a hard surface to push the air hole back in if you have pushed it out too far.

I guess this one has the holes. They are rounded on the bottom anyway. I can see the seal you were talking about though so I'll try adjusting that if needed. I'll just check the working one for reference.
