Need help mixing some E juice..

My math is very poor, here is my problem I have 1 100ml bottle of 12 mg E juice, and 1 30 ml bottle of 24 mg juice, I want to mix this and come out with as close to possible with 15 or 16 mg juice, can someone figure out how to do this and give me instructions, thanks very much ...Mike...if u wish u can pm me...
