I started this now "closed" thread a few weeks back and the problem is still not resolved..

In the thread I was promised that this would be fixed, I was promised extra "goodies", I was promised a $50 credit for my troubles and as late as last week I was promised in a PM here that it would be resolved today. None of this has occurred. As of right now I am still missing about $70 worth of carts that I purchased and have not received.
I have called, placed trouble tickets and posted here. What else do I need to do?
