they really are a great company to deal with. but you do have to plan ahead as they do not have a storefront just around the corner. and you don't want to be caught low on supplies or hardware - i learned the hard way.
V4L unreliable! Poor customer service, no response at all, no support tel number in the websitel!

While I see the great customer support in these threads, I do believe that having a number on the website would be beneficial. I personally almost didn't order from this company because of that. I used to build ecommerce sites, and told my clients (most doing something out of their garage) that a phone number adds a bit of trust.
A few of them didn't want their phone numbers on the net, so they bought a prepaid cell that went straight to voicemail. Then they would pick up the messages from there and call on their normal phone...
I also had a job at one point in fighting internet fraud. That was one of the first questions that was asked...is there an address and a working phone number on the site? There were a lot of other criteria too, so this didn't always mean fraud, but it was a red light....
All that being said, I love my V4L products and the shipping was amazingly fast. I will be putting in another order on Friday

That was exactly how I felt when I received the shipment with missing items. For first time prospective buyers researching online sellers, a lack of a contact number is always suspicious of internet fraud. Perhaps this is something V4L can rectify.

In the future....laidback...copy this "support.vapor4life" and put in a file somewhere should you ever have another issue. Just copy it and put it in your search bar and it link you to the "Live Chat".
There's a reason people speak highly of V4L, unlike other vendors where the tactic of going Vesuvial is the only way to garner attention, here all you have to do is calmly contact C.S. and they will more than take care of you.

I had a family member who ordered and had a few things missing as well...HOWEVER V4L did go above and beyond to correct the situation. They listened to my concerns and they took care of the problem without fail. V4L is definitely the best for Customer Service if you give them the chance to HEAR the problem and fix it. Be patient and all will be well!
Looks like this thread will be one of the best advertisements for customer service from V4L. Who would not be impressed with all the responses? Especially from the V4Lifers themselves!! Dramatic thread titles get lots of lurkers.
It seems to be a common theme, I guess they are so used to having to scream and throw temper tantrums to get service everywhere else, they think they will have to here as well.

You can call us on Skype... Search Vapor4Life and click call. It comes into our normal phone system, and anyone can use it, not just those overseas.
