they really are a great company to deal with. but you do have to plan ahead as they do not have a storefront just around the corner. and you don't want to be caught low on supplies or hardware - i learned the hard way.

So I suggest you call or Email today,Monday.The first workday since your issue.I understand being upset when things dont work out but you have to be reasonable and give them a chance to rectify the situation.If you read around here you will see that they come highly recomended and have exellent customer service.
Other than to reaffirm that V4L has the best customer service I've ever seen in the industry, I just wanted to say I appreciate the irony between your post and your username. It's little things like this that really bring a smile to my face.
