Hello everyone
I have 5ml of apple juice 18mg and i diluted it with lil of vg usp. Its teast good now with good throat hit. The thing is my heart is beating really fast its kinda worrying me. Please help is it from the vg? Before that i never had that but it was really harsh and bad throat hit and thats why I diluted it.

need more info.. like your vape set up, how much did you dilute with.. things like that..

I've only had that issue when I cloud chased with to high of nic, maybe take it easy for a bit, also make sure you're drinking enough water, lots of things play in to how your body reacts, but unless you're allergic to vg I can't imagine that's the direct cause

I mixed 5ml 18mg with 3ml of vg and my setup is eagle-v with EVOD BCC tank.

Sounds more like high nicotine hit - were you already vaping it at 18? Did you change your tank, voltage, etc, as well?
The thing is nicotine "builds up" too - so if the 18 ml is high for you, it might not have bothered you until those last few hits (which would have been LOWER than 18 since you diluted it)...

If you like it better, you may by vaping more. Sounds more like too much nicotine. Maybe drop the nic level some more.

Also, about 2 months after I started, I found that caffeine and sugary drinks were having a bigger effect on me. I had to cut nic and caffeine. I noticed mid-morning and mid-afternoon, after I had drank a lot of coffee were the worst times.

When i was vaping on the 18mg i never had rapid heart beat but i had problems with stronge throat hit and burning sensation. I still have about 10ml 18mg juice that i left just in case my mixing go worng.

Hi Fayez, are u used the DIY Liquid?
thats excatly same with me when my first 'Masak' DIY Liquid, (Masak is a common called of mixing process of raw liquid in my country)
Please take any concern to the detailed and note for what 7 how much did you adding 'this and thats' to your liquid, how was the mixing process, your vaporizer etc.
becarefull with the nic, it is a toxic actually or poison.. you can be poisoned just even by a small drop to your skin..
please use start from the smallest dossage from the beginning, let your body get adapt/ get used to it for a while and then if it still not enough as you want, try to add more slowly litle by litle..
my point is : Vaping is to save you from toxic, please be save with the way you vape, the tools (how it works & safety) and the chemicals..
it was a good lesson for me..

Hi Fayez and welcome. Your juice tasted harsh possibly because the nicotine level was too high for you. Just guessing here. What you're describing sounds a bit like a mild case of nicotine overdose. Since this is your first day, you may have overdone it. Increased heart rate is one of the symptoms of nicotine OD. But there might be other reasons.

What kind of PV are you using? If you're vaping at high wattage and lung inhale, for example, your nicotine absorption will be very rapid.
