Yes, I am trying to stop smoking. The juice they make is 70VG/30PG. I use to smoke blue camel crushes (half a pack to a full pack a day). They told me the 6mg of nicotine should work, but it just made me want to grab a cigarette more. So I went back and got a new bottle of juice but 12mg of nicotine, and that nicotine level has worked for me since. What is "wicking"? What does that mean?
Hey guys! So I bought my very first e-cig back in February of this year. Unfortunately, it was a starter kit at my local vape shop. They sold me a Joyetech eGo-T 2 900aMh with a Kangertech T3S tank. Well, ever since I bought it, I have had nothing but problems with it. It won't stop leaking! I kept taking it back to the shop and they would just clean it up (exactly what I did at home). I even bought a brand new coil and a brand new tank (same brand and size). It just won't stop leaking. I don't smoke it that much and I find myself refilling my tank every other day or every other 2 days. I did research and I don't think Joyetech makes the eGo-T 2 battery anymore, BUT idk anything about the Kangertech T3S tank. Is this kind of tank compatible with this battery? Do I need to just upgrade my battery and tank that are much better and more compatible together? I don't know anything about this stuff. Please help!!

GOOD LUCK, don't give up!
How is the nautilus mini a box mod tank? Do you know how many people had those screwed to their ego batteries? It is a perfect tank for an ego battery OR box mod. Why do you think it comes with the beauty ring? I always have and will continue to say that the Nautilus mini is the best flavor tank for MTL and works equally well with an ego battery or box mod.I remember the T3S very well. I 'rebuilt' a lot of those coils back in the day.
Almost impossible to get 100% service from them, but not a bad tank overall.
There are better things available now without going too mad.
Personally, I would say an Aspire mini Nautilus or Eleaf GS tank is going to get the job done better and also give you some options with the power output BUT both are only really 100% suitable on a small box mod ideally.
There are a lot of so-called starter kits out there which do not offer much flexibility when it comes to power choice. I call these not-for-newbie kits, although this is exactly what many people recommend (for some reason)..
Unless you want to vape way more powerfully, you can forget Kanger subvod and iJust2... these are a bit extreme really.
Innoking T18 or 22 is worth a look.
Eleaf do something called 'basic' which is basic (no surprise) but might suit you.
On a simple eGo battery, the Aspire K1 is a nice reliable tank.![]()
The Nautilus mini is a good Atty. Please, make it easy on yourself and go get yourself an Eleaf iStick 30 mod and a Nautilus Mini tank. You won't have to worry about leaking, and it will give you the best flavor for mouth to lung vaping, which is the way you smoke analogs. You can get the iStick kit for $32 or $33 that comes with a USB cable and a wall adaptor. The Nautilus Mini tank you can buy there too for about $24. You can find both of these at My Freedom Smokes at the link below.

This is a very good vendor. They will treat you right and will be happy to answer any questions you may have before or after the sale. I've been vaping for a while now and I have three similar mod and tank set ups. They are easy, reliable and compact and offer great flavor and adequate vapor production. I want a vaping experience that is simple and helps me stay away from analog cigarettes. If you do have trouble staying away from the analogs, up your nicotine content in your juice. I started out with 12 mg. nicotine and I loved it, but I had to constantly vape to satisfy my need for nicotine and I was still smoking a few analogs every day. Someone recommended I up my nicotine to 18 mg. and it was the best advice ever. I was able to put the analogs down permanently and I no longer needed to vape constantly.
If you decide to go this route, I also recommend you buy a package of coils for the tank as well. You want the Aspire Nautilus BVC Replacement Heads (5 pk). They are available at My Freedom Smokes too for about $12 for a package of 5. If you buy the Nautilus Mini there you will see a drop down option to buy the coils too when you put the Nautilus Mini in your cart.
Good luck to you. I wish you the very best of luck. If you have other questions, please let us know. There is always someone around here who wants to help!!
I had a brief encounter with T3's and yes they do have their quirks but they are solvable.
1- Leaking...Pop the chimney off a new head and look inside and you see usually 2 flavor wicks laying in there. Take those wicks and adjust them so each one is sticking outside the edge or get some 1mm silica to replace the stock wicks, beef up the flavor wicks some and be sure they are sticking out the sides. You can also use a chunk of cotton(Qtip) and replace the flavor wicks with a twist of cotton.
2- Juice in the mouth... T3's DON'T use the same heads as protanks so maybe the vendor sold you protank heads thinking they work just cause they fit. T3 heads are now harder to find than they use to be when I used T3's since T3's are a dying breed. I can explain till I'm blue in the face so I have some pics I used to show others who have had the same juice in the mouth problem. You use 2 silicone caps, one upside down to cover the space since the protank heads have a tad larger flange than the T3 heads.

Hope this helps
EDIT lol I got beat by Grimwald on the silicone cap flip
YES, thanks for the memory..I'm not a big fan of the T3. Mine always leaked. Here are 3 suggestions.
1. Keep it over 1/2 full. It seems to leak more when it gets low.
2. They do make cotton wicked coils for it...might try those. They are called T3 socc replacement coils.
3. Here's a oldie but goodie suggestion. That little white silicon o-ring grommet thingy on the replacement coil (looks like a tiny cup with a hole in it). Some suggest you turn that around or add a second one upside down. This helps seal the coil against the chimney.
None of these suggestions ever worked well for me, but you never know.
