I normally use PG nicotine base..usually 48mg. I've had really good success with it...I mix for 4mg. nicotine in my DIY juice. Anyway, awhile back I ordered a nicotine base from another vendor because they had a really good sale, and I'd bought hardware from that company before so I thought it'd be okay. While I requested PG (preferred) they sent 50% nicotine in a VG base. Rather than make a fuss about it (after all..I do use a little VG in my recipe, so what's the harm if some of it is in the nic base?) I put the stuff in a brown glass bottle and put it in the 'fridge where it's been since last August.
I want to try playing with it now...got my recipe set and ready to go. BUT..here I need your help. That VG nic base has been in the 'fridge awhile and is really cold. Can't shake it, obviously too thick. Can I just let it sit out a bit until closer to room temp, then shake, measure what I need and return the bottle to the 'fridge? Or is that a waste of time and I can go ahead and measure out while it's cold and not worry about shaking it? I'm just really used to a PG based nic base....and wonder how to treat the VG stuff. Will it hurt the nic quality for the temp to go from cold to room temp to cold again?
Any guidance here is much appreciated!!!!!!
