Mixing base before blending?

I have some 100% VG nic base that I keep in the fridge. When I go to mix I do shake it up, but that's about the same as trying to shake up molasses. Is the nicotine dissolved into the base or suspended? If it's just suspended should I worry too much about the possibility of the nic concentrating in one part of the base or another?

That's one of the problems with nicotine in VG and why some nicotine vendors don't sell it. It doesn't stay "disolved" like it does in PG and it's believed there could be pockets of high nicotine. Nicotine in VG should always be thoroughly shaken while at room temperature before use.

what good dog said . Some heat it very slightly or leave it out for a little bit to thin out some before shaking and using . There could get pockets of concentrated nic if not shaken good . What i do is keep a small bottle of it out of the fridge that i plan on using for the week . When i run out i thaw the nic in the fridge and transfer more to the smaller bottle and put the bigger bottle back in the fridge . It also has the added benifit of not needing to syringe out thick hair gel nic when mixing which could take forever to plunge when its cold .
