I would be dubious about using that particular battery. It is a Li-Ion and can be charged with a regular 3.7V Li-Ion charger, but you shouldn't waste your time on something that "might" work with questionable safety. This is something you'll be putting up to your face all the time. You don't want to do anything sketchy. These
batteries can do ugly things if something screwy happens.
I did a quick Google on that battery and I saw some claims that's its a cheap Chinese battery with greatly exaggerated capacity. Some even claimed it's a scam. I believe it. You have to be discerning with stuff from China. It wouldn't be the first time I've seen falsified specs on a product from over there. If the specs are falsified, it opens the possibility for grave safety issues.
You should pick up a LiPo batt if a flat cell is really what you want. That will work well for sure and will be safe with the required protection circuitry. You can find various vendors online for them.
Here's one with protection built-in. However, they don't all come with protection so you need to add it if not included.
