need help with a mix ,please

Hi everyone, I use get help from a mate when mixing but unfortunately can't anymore.
What I was trying to do is make up a batch of 2 mg nicotine, as I have been reducing for a while now.

I have balls it up good a proper and hoping someone can help me, what I have in the mix in a 100 ml bottle is -
3ml nicotine
22 ml VG
75 ml trippler [flavour] 100%
I like the 70 pg/ 30 vg ratio, at a 2% nicotine base.

Hey blue, I'm not sure I can help you on this particular moment. you could however go to and ejuice calculator/recipe guide and put in your desired batch and work on it from their if that helps. God knows how many batches I've messed up due to not knowing enough about the base/concentrate that I'm mixing with. Take some time and don't rush things, excellence will come in due time.

ETA: I got it. OP, you will definitely not get 70Pg from what you have. What ratio is your mic suspended in?

@Cullin Kin I dont think so.. if you add up his mls its 100mls that means he has a 100mil bottle with 3 mils of nic base, 22 mils of VG and 75 mils of flavoring of some sorts i guess. he wants 2 percent and a 70 30 ratio... So...

Thats what I am guessing.... and my oh my 75 % flavoring?? Something is lost in translation here i think.

2ml of nic would be 2% if it is 100mg nic base. What is Trippler? Flavor? That would be 75% flavoring in 100ml and that's way way to much. Your flavoring should never be more than around 20% give or take.

@Bluey1 We cant help you without more information. Your recipe would help. Also what is your Nic base mg and is it pg or vg?

In all serious though, if this is your first time mixing on your own and don't really know that much about DIY, there are numerous threads in the DIY E-Liquid | E-Cigarette Forum section of this forum that will set you on the right track.

Sorry about the explanation, nothing has gone right today, I think I will go to bed and get up again.
What I was trying to say was, I have made up a mix which I know I have stuffed up, the ingredients is what I posted in my initial post, looking over the post I did not say what the trippler was, it is 100 % PG, I will add that below.

I have made up a 100 ml bottle with the below ingredients in it.

3ml nicotine
22 ml of VG
75 ml trippler [flavour] 100% PG

How do I alter this to become only 2 % nicotine, don't care how many mls the end result turns out to be, I I do realize that I put to much trippler in it, but how do I fix it ?
How much PG is needed ? and VG is needed to correct it ?

My mate used to always say 70 PG / 30 VG gives you a good vape, but he knew all about mixing, tripplers, doublers etc.

add 30ml of VG or PG to reduce to 2 nic ... you will end up with 130ml of 2 nic, flavor may drop a tad. other choice would be to add 15 ml flavor mix ( Trippler?) and 15 ml of vg/pg ( your choice) to keep flavor consistant and reduce the nic to 2mg/ml

can you actually tell the difference between 3 and 2?

just a thought... you mentioned 3 ml of nic in your original mix... what was the mg/ml strength of the nic base? 100mg/ml??
and you then mentioned you want 2%... 2% = 20mg/ml since 100% nic is almost 1000mg/ml ( 1 gram/ml almost the same weight of water)... Im going to assume you meant 2mg/ml or .2% since you mentioned cutting down on the nic...

Thanks very much for your reply, the original nicotine base was 36 mg.

When I first started to vape I started at 18 mg, done that for a while then dropped 1mg of nicotine for every 200 ml of the mixes, I did not notice any difference when only dropping 1 mg,
my body didn't crave for the nicotine at all that way.

I used to be a very heavy smoker, always had a smoke hanging out of my mouth but now since cutting down the nicotine I don't crave for a vape any were near as much as I used to.

I notice you had a question mark besides the word trippler, the trippler is 3 times stronger flavour than the singles.

Is what you have even vapeable? I feel like no. Unfortunately, if you don't have nay more nic base, the only place your nicotine strength can go is down.

If I were you, I would buy at minimum 200mL of PG/VG and dump your mix in with that. That will at least bring this triple strength flavor percentage to 25%. Your nicotine content will only be 0.36mg/mL though.

I have got plenty of 36 mg nicotine left, 8 bottles in fact i will left over.
Of course it's not vapeable, to much trippler for sure mate.

What are you lost about ? the amount I put in or what trippler means ?
